Honestly, I'd go with Node-RED over Hubitat for flexibility. Note that the tradeoff.
ZigbeeExplorer: Just finally figured it out! The trick was using the correct node type. Seems obvious now.

I've been working with this for two years and it's been pretty solid. The automations work well after you configure correctly.
